I don`t see how anyone could have a problem with only sending a pic in on the Friday only.The picture could be prepared all week.
Lets stick to Friday, our special day.

i can give you an example:
i missed out on last friday because of my vacation, no big deal.
but this week i have all week to prepare for nowarfriday as you say, my only
problem is that i will be on a camping friday with no internet or computer in
sight...that my friend, is one way to miss out on the big fun, and i'm sure there's
plenty of people with similar problems. :(
now, i agree it would be a big confusion with friday themes uploaded all week,
somehow it doesn't feel the same, but maybe the thing could be resolved somehow.... *thinking*

ahmett, don't worry about it. What backs means is that we create or take a SPECIAL photo or image just for Friday and only post it on the Friday. Don't worry my friend!

Can you post it on the Thursday Y5? No difference if you away on the Friday. Remember, this is a Global site. There are time differences all around the world.

If I may cut in into the discussion, I think that this new theme has been initiated with the underlying thought that we ALL have something to be looking forward every Friday and to keep our imagination running through working days. I for one would definitely stick to the original concept of the theme to be able to realized the difference of the other theme...the CHALLENGE. If anyone of us canīt make it because of certain circumstances that we canīt avoid which could happen to any of us, I would say...THEREīS ALWAYS A NEXT TIME. LETīS NOT KEEP CHANGING THE CONCEPT BECAUSE OF SOME UNEVITABLE CIRCUMSTANCES.
Itīs good for brainstorming to have something to look forward and that on Friday. Itīs like if we donīt have special things planned for the weekend..at least we do still have the FOTOTHING activities left.
If I may also comment on some of us who use the Friday theme as an idea for their own normal uploads, I would say...please have some decency to respect the GROUPS excitement. Okay...time for me to exit now...as I believe Iīve said enough ALREADY..... GOODLUCK TO YA ALL THIS COMING FRIDAY!!!

Hi people...
just a couple of things.....
when i open this thread the idea that everyone agreed was to work the all week in a theme, and post it by friday.....AND IT WILL BE.. If we start posting everiday of the week it will loose all impact and excitement
Lets stick to Friday, our special day.

I see that I posted something that was not really clear as to what I meant.
I really love the FRIDAY theme and FRIDAY posting and looking forward to the day to see all the entries. My only problem and I thought there may be more people like that, is that I have much more time to go and take pictures during the weekend than during weekdays. If we could know the next Friday subject before the weekend I'd have more time to go out and look for something during the weekend. At the moment I try to collect extra pictures and ideas when I have time and then search my archive for Friday, but I know that I may not always be prepared. No big problem if you don't want to change anything, I'll skip a Friday every now and then if I don't have anything to show.
I really enjoy being a part of this group!
