Here is your FunFriday theme for Friday, November 02, 2012
LongExposureFriday
Some of us have been doing long exposures for quite some time - some even back to film.
But you don't have to have a special camera or lens to do that this week - a long exposure can be a shot at a party without a flash, or just a timed exposure on something solid to balance your camera.
If you are not sure how to do this, or are stuck for ideas - message or comment to any friend that has made a shot you think fits this weeks theme.

OLDESTBUILDINGFRIDAY
The building you see here is City Hall in the city of Vianen in the Netherlands. The city itself was established as a free-town somewhere in the year 1100, and this building was completed in 1425. Today it stands as one of the oldest buildings in the city and as the dominant building that gave its character to the City of Vianen.
All places have buildings that have shaped the character and history of its location.
You are challenged to photograph an old building in your area that had dominated the history of the area. Upload it here and tell us a bit about the building.

My entry for Oldest building Friday are the houses of parliament in London England. This building has seen many changes through the years and has been the hub of many important decisions.

The Muiderslot (anno 1280) is a castle in the Netherlands, located at the mouth of the river Vecht, some 15 kilometers southeast of Amsterdam, in Muiden. Almost any town has something man made or other that distinguishes it as unique to your place. This example is a classic architecture style know as a geodesic dome. This one is a relatively early one manufactured based on the re-imagined style by R. Buckminster Fuller.
