I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO PAY FOR MY ABOUT TO EXPIRE PRO MEMBERSHIP USING ONLY MY VISA CARD!!!!!
WHY CAN'T I DO THAT ??????
My Pro membership expires in 16 days and I would like to renew it. You would think that would be easy to do....but it's not if you are English and living in Spain!!!!
I had to close my UK Paypal account because they will not accept my Spanish billing address, I've now just spent the last two hours trying to create a new Spanish account....and I'm not there yet.
As there is simply no option to view their site in anything other than Spanish it's been horrendous!
I can get by in Spanish in most instances but.... to set up an account with them in English is complex ....so in a language you only half understand it's impossible!!!!
What I don't understand is why I can't just pay fotothing directly with my Visa card, it gives the option to do that on the renewal page, but you then find that you have to use Paypal.
Why give us an option that's not available?
I will try to sort it out over the weekend, but if I can't then that will be one more paying member lost to Fotothing......do they still want us to pay for Pro...if they do then why make it so difficult ?

At least you get the option, my renewal was taken from my account then I was notified about it.I would prefer to be asked. I would have renewed anyhow when it was due but it is still nice to be asked isnt it

Look at your paypal settings and uncheck the recurring payment box
