I'd like to see an automatic resize to preferred (recommended) view (i.e., ORIGINAL size selected by poster) after picture is viewed for more than 2 seconds.
Then a little reminder to leave a comment before going back to posted size.

I'm confused. You mean if they click to see full size it only allows 2 seconds of viewing time? or is it an automatic showing of the bigger size and then the message? A lot of people are on dial up and that just won't work for them I'm betting.
Not that admin is even reading this. And it's a miracle that the site is even up still.

I would be ok with this ONLY if it is completely user controlled. Even with a hi-speed connection - I don't want to take the time to view full size unless I choose.
[Rant]
For me it's a little like being directed (sometimes forced) to only be able to view a video - instead of being able to read. I can't choose the speed of the video, it's not captioned so it may be unintelligible and most important to me, I may not have the slightest interest in the content. I have seen here and many other places people placing a link to youtube (or any video) with NO information or description about it. I don't click on those - my time is too valuable to me.
I see this being part of the pattern of video being added to DSLR's. Just because they can, doesn't mean they need to. Video is in "vogue" now - when it becomes more manageable (like thumbnails on someones archive here) it will finally be a key in "fusing" all the major hand-held hardware (i.e. camera, video camcorder, ipod, cell phone, pda, computer etc). I think there will still be high-end equipment in most of those areas and yes, I think they will have some combination of these features built-in - but really - "Dick Tracey video communicator watches" were thought of more than 1/2 a century ago - and I don't see them being sold anywhere. [end of rant]

I am "allegedly"on a high speed connection, but being here in Spain in El-Campo (the country) it's a very hit and miss affair, my connection is very often SLOWER than a dial-up!
For me any viewing at large size has to be of my choosing....unless it's an excellent image I just don't have the time to sit and wait for it to load !!!!
