It's a contest for the new animal on the packaging for Bissell Vacuum Cleaners LMAO!

NOTE: you do give copyright to Bissell whether you win or not so just be sure it's not some prize winning shot you give them!
EDIT: I emailed them about that and it just gives them the rights to post the pic on the website and use it for their advertising... you can do what you want still with your pics... I can live with that ;-)

It makes sense though. If you have to be in the USA to enter you have to be in the USA to vote.
