I downloaded and tried the new tools in this wonderful (FREE) photoeditor. More than basic, I find its usefulness in its power to perform many functions with new and improved tools. I am especially impressed with the CREATE Picture Collage and RETOUCH tools. Once you try them and find out how effortless they are to use you will be impressed. I highly recommend Google's FREE program, now available for download. It's quick, easy to install.

If you don't have it - or even if you don't expect to change photo editors - Picasa is hands-down the absolute fastest photo viewer I have seen. So you can also use it to find pics, or to organize them.

Picasa 3 (beta) really is the best...I'm beginning to find a glitch or two, however; one is the posting online. Seems (the first time I've used it to upload pics to my picasaweb (http://www.picasaweb.google.com/jpankey) site to the same album, it created a new album each time. Perhaps I missed a key, though, so I'm ready to try it again.
