Okay guys...got a Nikon D70 with a 28-80mm f3.3-5.6 lens.
When I take a landscape shot at 28mm, I get spots that are obviously dust or something. Where it is most likely? Is it in my camera, or on the lens? Is it a sensor or something?? It doesn't shot up on other photos...only the landscape...

It's on the sensor, the higher the f number the more you'll see it.
Here's what to do, put your lens at 28mm, put your f number high as it will go, and take a photograph of a white wall. or the sky.
See all the filth?? yuk.
Now get a normal camera blower go into the camera menu and look for the command that locks the mirror up for cleaning, lock the mirror up, take the lens off, and with the opening always facing down (so no more dirt falls in) blow away like mad at the sensor making sure you NEVER touch it with the blower...
The dirt will be on the opposite corners to the test photo as the picture arrives on the sensor upside down.. and you know where it is from the test shot, so blow! blow like a demon possessed!
Take another test shot, see how you did and repeat 'till clean. This method usually takes me about 4 goes to get it all.
Don't touch the sensor, do not touch it, don't touch it... no.. stop thinking like that, don't touch it.
If you're feeling rich buy something like this:

Besides that one (too expensive) where can I get one?? Will anything else work?
Maybe I should just take it in to get it cleaned.

It's the big square thing you'll see behind the mirror!
The mirror is the mirror looking thing you see when you take a lens off.
(Virginia deleted the message where she said she didn't know where the sensor is, making me look like a sarcastic bully.. ) ((true-ish))

You'd see the marks on the picture, sounds like your sensor is filthy, so he probably never went in there.
Don't worry about it, it -will- blow off.. Grimachers gets really mucky cos she uses it at school all the time, and it always cleans up.

P.S Don't use a can of compressed air to clean it, the propellant will leave marks on the sensor..

Thanks muchly Pondy!
I bought one of those baby booger nose things...That you can squeeze to blow air or suck...And I blew air in there. It got most of the big ones out, and left only a few little black spots...I'll have to get it cleaned professionally to get the little ones out probably...I was squeezing like the dickins! Anyways, thanks a lot dude!

Don't use a baby snot sucker woman!
A real blower has a filter that keeps more dust from sucking back into it and then blowing it back on
Me thinks I know what to send you now for a wedding present finally haha
I'll take the toaster back hahahaha ;-P

I think your best bet would be to get your camera in to a repair shop for a proper sensor cleaning, before you do any damage to it - if the dust marks you can see are small scratches, then you won't blow them off at all...
I managed to damage a sensor by cleaning it on an old DSLR i had - not good!

No need to spend lots of money on getting it cleaned, just use some sandpaper on your lense, that should remove any marks you have on it.
A nail file will do just as well if you don't have any sandpaper.
