Yep, I am not the least bit happy about all the ads on my Pro Account. So Why pay up, when the time comes, if I have to have all this distracting mess on my page!! Ugh, to put it mildly!!

I don't usually comment on forums - I'm here for the photos - but I am very upset at the introduction of adverts on PRO member pages and the effect this has on how my photographs look.
This was NOT what the arrangement was supposed to be and must, as megmet says, be putting people off thinking about becoming PRO members.
I've just looked at my comments page and had 6 ads at the top of the page. The whole look of the page is now unacceptable to my way of thinking.

My Pro membership states I will not see any advertising on Fotothing. I expect Fotothing to comply with that contract.
If this is an experiment, it has failed. By all means show advertising no non-Pro members, but ask yourselves what real incentives are left to "go Pro" if this one is removed from FUTURE subscribers - Present subscribers expect you to honour the pledges made in the past!
Frankly you are once again stirring up a lot of membership anger for no benefit to yourselves!

By the way, while you're at it, you might like to correct the email address in your Contact Us page - "Fotothig.com" ???

The best way to support the site is to upgrade to Pro membership. Alternatively, you could buy yourself (or someone else!) something from the Fotothing Shop. "

I COUNTED 183 ADS AND LINKS
(ONEHUNDREDANDEIGHTYTHREE)
Maybe I missed one or two
if you feel up to it, go do the count on all segments of Fotothing, from Home to Photos of the month
